Key Requirements
End-to-end recruiting experience
LATAM market exposure
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Fluency in English
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
Based in Argentina
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with candidate sourcing strategies
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
