As a Leave of Absence Specialist at Solvo Global, you will play a critical role in managing employee leave cases and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. This onsite position involves overseeing the end-to-end leave process, specifically focusing on FMLA and various state-level leaves. You will be responsible for handling sensitive documentation, updating HRIS records, and investigating complex cases to resolve any discrepancies found in the system.
Beyond administrative tasks, you will serve as a primary point of contact for both employees and managers, guiding them through the intricacies of the leave process. Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Leave of Absence management.
High proficiency in English at a C1 level (approximately 90% or higher).

Deep understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance related to employee leaves.
Proven ability to support and guide employees and managers through the leave process.
