Selous Kinga Lodge is a luxury safari destination situated in the heart of Selous National Park, dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable wildlife experiences. As the Lodge Manager, you will be the primary leader on-site, responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and managing a diverse team across multiple departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen services. Your role involves strategic oversight of budgets, stock control, and financial reporting, alongside a focus on staff development and performance management. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
5+ years' management experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel.
Strong financial management and reporting skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food & beverage operations and hospitality standards.
