Perform comprehensive bodywork and paint repairs on heavy-duty trucks, including precise dent removal, seamless panel replacement, meticulous sanding, expert priming, and high-quality painting. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic integrity and ensuring the crucial corrosion protection of the fleet vehicles, thereby contributing significantly to their longevity and professional appearance. The technician will utilize a variety of specialized tools and materials to achieve consistently high-quality finishes and restore vehicles to their optimal condition.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a body and paint repair technician, preferably with heavy-duty vehicles.
Proficiency in dent removal, panel beating, and body filler application techniques.
Expertise in vehicle painting techniques, including precise color matching and clear coat application.
Strong knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and related body repair materials.
Ability to skillfully use body repair tools, spray guns, and other painting equipment.
