TopCrop Tanzania Limited is seeking a dedicated Land Preparation Supervisor to oversee our large-scale agricultural operations in the Rufiji region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of land for cultivation, ensuring that all soil preparation and farm machinery tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves direct supervision of tractor operators and field teams to maintain productivity and quality across all stages of land development.
In this position, you will utilize your expertise in agricultural engineering to plan and execute complex land preparation projects. You will be expected to deliver regular reports on progress and manage field resources effectively. This is a full-time contract based in Rufiji, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the region's leading agricultural enterprises and ensure the sustainable development of high-yield farmland.
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in large-scale land preparation
Strong knowledge of soil preparation and farm machinery
Proven supervision of tractor operators and field teams
Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills
