The Chinese Translator will serve as a vital link between Chinese expatriates, local Tanzanian staff, contractors, and government officials at the Tajiri Mine Site. This role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure accurate translation of both verbal exchanges and technical documentation, facilitating smooth operational workflows. You will handle sensitive information, manage administrative translation tasks, and assist in cross-cultural communication to ensure that company standards and legal requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholders involved in the project.
Key Requirements
Tertiary education degree.
1–2 years of relevant professional translation experience.
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
Professional proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
