Summit Retreat is looking for a talented and passionate Commis I Chef to join their culinary team in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. The role involves preparing a variety of international dishes and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene in a professional kitchen environment. As a Commis I Chef, you will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, including meticulous food preparation, artistic plating, and maintaining a clean workspace. This position is strictly for local Tanzanian candidates as accommodation is not provided by the employer. Key Requirements
