We are looking for a dedicated M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Staff member to support our operations at the Halotel-Lindi Branch. The role focuses on tracking project performance, evaluating the efficiency of telecom operations, and ensuring that all branch activities align with corporate standards and goals. The M&E officer will play a crucial role in data collection and analysis to drive operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will be adept at using data to tell a story and provide actionable insights to management. You will be responsible for generating regular reports that highlight successes and identify areas for optimization. Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecom, or IT.
At least 2 years experience in Telecoms.
Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data tools.
Ability to design data collection instruments.
