We are looking for a dedicated M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Staff member to support our operations at the Halotel-Lindi Branch. The role focuses on tracking project performance, evaluating the efficiency of telecom operations, and ensuring that all branch activities align with corporate standards and goals. The M&E officer will play a crucial role in data collection and analysis to drive operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will be adept at using data to tell a story and provide actionable insights to management. You will be responsible for generating regular reports that highlight successes and identify areas for optimization. This is a critical role for maintaining the quality of service and operational excellence at Halotel.
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecom, or IT.
At least 2 years experience in Telecoms.
Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data tools.
Ability to design data collection instruments.
