FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – MINING INDUSTRY @ ELEVATE HIRE SOLUTIONS
Elevate Hire Solutions is seeking a professional Financial Accountant to join a dynamic team in the Kenyan mining sector. As a Global Talent and Recruitment Partner, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in mining operations, industrial plants, or heavy manufacturing. This role is specifically designed for professionals who understand the complexities of the financial landscape in Africa's industrial sectors and can manage diverse financial operations.
The role involves managing site-level finance coordination, financial reporting, and MIS. Key tasks include budgeting, cost control, reconciliations, and ensuring taxation and statutory compliance according to local regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and be comfortable working closely with mining site operations to handle plant/site accounting effectively using advanced ERP systems and financial tools.
