FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – MINING INDUSTRY @ ELEVATE HIRE SOLUTIONS

This role is specifically designed for professionals who understand the complexities of the financial landscape in Africa's industrial sectors and can manage diverse financial operations.
The role involves managing site-level finance coordination, financial reporting, and MIS. Key tasks include budgeting, cost control, reconciliations, and ensuring taxation and statutory compliance according to local regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and be comfortable working closely with mining site operations to handle plant/site accounting effectively using advanced ERP systems and financial tools.

Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Prior experience in Mining, Cement, Metals, or Heavy Industry.
Candidates with Africa exposure will be highly preferred.
Comfortable working closely with mining site operations.
Experience handling plant/site accounting preferred.
CA Inter / ICWA Inter qualification is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting and MIS.
Demonstrated ability in Budgeting, Cost Control, and Reconciliations.
Knowledge of Taxation and Statutory Compliance in Kenya.
Proficiency in handling ERP and modern Accounting Systems.
