Sharon Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our front office team at our Kariakoo location. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling check-ins and check-outs, and managing inquiries both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate should have a welcoming demeanor and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
In addition to greeting guests, the Receptionist will manage reservations, process payments, and provide information about the hotel's services and the surrounding Kariakoo area. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Requirements
Completion of Form Four or Form Six education.
