Key Requirements

Any Graduate or MBA degree preferred. Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in commodity or mineral trading. Extensive knowledge of coal, manganese, and iron ore trading markets. Proven ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Strong communication skills for building long-term business relationships. Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining sales pipeline data. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure. Experience in coordinating with logistics for smooth order execution. Skill in monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
