Hirecrest is currently hiring for a Food Technologist to be based in Congo. The primary focus of this role is to manage product life cycles from development to production, ensuring all food products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Key duties include recipe formulation, sensory testing, and conducting stability studies to ensure long-term product viability and quality in the market. The technologist will also be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to local and international food safety regulations such as HACCP and ISO 22000. This includes preparing detailed SOPs, addressing lab trials, and overseeing quality control documentation. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead technical innovation in the food and beverage industry within Congo.
