We are seeking a results-driven OTR Tire Sales Manager to join HelloCareer's global project in Ghana. This 100% remote position allows you to manage the Ghanaian market with total autonomy, focusing on strategic sales and account management. You will be responsible for building out our channel strategy, setting competitive pricing, and managing the lifecycle of our products through dealers and direct agents in the region.
You will operate as a consultant-style manager, providing the link between the West African market and our global headquarters. Your role involves not only closing sales but also ensuring that product upgrades are informed by the specific environmental and operational challenges faced by your clients in Ghana. We provide the platform and the product; you provide the network and the results.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in OTR tire sales in Ghana.
Fluent English language skills.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
Deep client network within the Ghanaian mining and construction industries.
Proven ability to work independently without daily supervision.
