BIM MODELER / COORDINATOR (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) @ GENERAL ELECTRIC
Leading architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, infrastructure developers, and global consultancies are seeking skilled BIM professionals to drive digital construction, improve project delivery, and enhance collaboration across projects in Kenya. The core focus areas include Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation, 3D modeling for Architecture, Structure, and MEP, as well as clash detection and coordination. Professionals will work on transforming the future of construction through digital twin integration, parametric design, and smart building technology. Opportunities are available for various roles including BIM Modelers, Coordinators, Managers, and Engineers. Candidates will be responsible for creating detailed construction documentation, shop drawings, and managing facility management integration (6D BIM).
