Key Requirements

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of professional experience in a relevant field. Mandatory background in Agriculture or related Agri-sciences (B.Sc. or M.Sc. preferred). Willingness and ability to perform extensive field work and local travel across assigned regions. Proficiency in assisting with field trials and coordinating product demonstrations. Ability to build rapport and work closely with farmers and local agricultural stakeholders. Skills in systematic collection and reporting of accurate field data to supervisors. Ability to support agronomy and sales team activities effectively in the field. Strong communication skills for effective farmer engagement and stakeholder management.
