This role is a perfect kickstart for your career in the burgeoning Agritech industry, focusing on on-ground agricultural projects and farmer engagement initiatives. The primary focus of the role involves assisting in field trials, conducting product demonstrations, and working directly with local stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural solutions.
The position is available across multiple subregions in India, specifically in Rajasthan (Jodhpur, Jaipur, Udaipur, and Chittorgarh) and Uttar Pradesh (Agra, Firozabad, Hathras, Kannauj, Farrukhabad, Mainpuri, Hardoi, and Sitapur). Successful candidates will collect and report critical field data while supporting both the agronomy and sales teams. This role requires individuals who are passionate about agriculture and are ready for significant field work and local travel to make a tangible impact in the farming community.

Key Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
Mandatory background in Agriculture or related Agri-sciences (B.Sc. or M.Sc. preferred).
Willingness and ability to perform extensive field work and local travel across assigned regions.
Proficiency in assisting with field trials and coordinating product demonstrations.
Ability to build rapport and work closely with farmers and local agricultural stakeholders.
Skills in systematic collection and reporting of accurate field data to supervisors.
Ability to support agronomy and sales team activities effectively in the field.
Strong communication skills for effective farmer engagement and stakeholder management.
Basic understanding of sustainable agricultural products and environmental technology.
Adaptability to work in various rural environmental conditions and diverse farming setups.
