Key Requirements
Advanced degree in Law, Public Administration, or related energy policy field
Experience in energy-sector policy and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated expertise in institutional analysis
Strong stakeholder coordination and diplomatic skills
Understanding of East African energy regulatory bodies
