Bhanji Transport, a prominent player in East Africa's transport and logistics industry, is seeking a versatile Human Resource / Legal Officer to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. This dual-role position is critical for managing both the human capital and legal compliance aspects of our growing organization.
The Human Resource / Legal Officer will be responsible for a wide array of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Concurrently, you will handle legal matters such as ensuring compliance with labor laws, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to the management. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of both HR best practices and legal frameworks.
