SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - REPORTING @ SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED
SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant - Reporting to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts, preparing periodic management accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. This role involves coordinating both external and internal audits, managing fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules, and ensuring full compliance with IFRS and TFRS standards. You will also handle complex account reconciliations for banks, suppliers, customers, and intercompany transactions while providing critical management reports to support business decisions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance and have at least five years of experience, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors. Proficiency in ERP or SAP systems is essential, along with advanced computer skills and the ability to present financial data clearly. This position is primarily based in Dodoma, but may involve work elsewhere in Tanzania and other regions across Eastern Africa as needed.
