Proven experience as a Financial Controller in Mining, FMCG, or Real Estate. Expert knowledge of IFRS and Zambian corporate taxation laws. Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and group reporting. Proficiency in advanced financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse finance team. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Experience in managing internal and external audits for large corporations. Willingness to reside and work in Zambia on a full-time basis.
