Based in Dar es Salaam, this role involves leading sales operations, developing strategic marketing plans, and managing a dedicated sales team. The manager will be responsible for expanding the distributor network and building strong relationships with wholesalers to drive volume and market share across the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing product visibility and penetrating the market through effective promotional campaigns and retail growth initiatives. This position requires monitoring competitor pricing and activities to ensure the company remains competitive in the East African landscape. We are looking for a candidate with an aggressive sales mindset and the ability to train and mentor staff for peak performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in the consumer electronics sector to establish a dominant market presence. Candidates are expected to manage key accounts and regional wholesalers while ensuring that the overall sales strategy aligns with organizational goals for the Tanzania market.
