Donapa Group LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Executive to join its expanding team in Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves sourcing and securing diverse property listings, including land, residential, industrial, and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for both online and offline property marketing, conducting viewings, and consulting with clients to understand their needs.
The role also focuses heavily on lead generation and conversion, identifying and engaging with potential buyers, sellers, and investors. A key aspect is negotiating and closing transactions, alongside verifying property ownership and location details. The Real Estate Executive will maintain an updated property and client database and contribute to the administration of land survey projects. This position offers a competitive salary coupled with performance-based incentives.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or marketing
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record
