Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, along with effectively handling customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction, are also crucial.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
