As an ICT Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day IT support to both internal staff and external clients. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking.

Proficiency in networking including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
