The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluating customer needs, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media. The role involves formulating sales policies, business plans, and implementing marketing procedures to expand the company's customer base. Key responsibilities include producing effective marketing materials like emails, proposals, and brochures, developing insights into customer demands for new product designs, and building strong relationships with prospective clients to maintain an active sales pipeline. The proposed remuneration for this position is a hybrid of 3,000,000 gross salary and commissions based on successfully acquired leads.
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive sales experience specifically within the security industry.
Proven field sales experience in selling guarding and alarm services.
In-depth knowledge of security services pricing and market dynamics.
Must be 35 years of age or younger.
