SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER (1 POSITION) @ REALSTAR SECURITY
Realstar Security is an ISO9001:2015 certified company dedicated to providing high-quality security services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluating customer needs, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media. The role involves formulating sales policies, business plans, and implementing marketing procedures to expand the company's customer base. Key responsibilities include producing effective marketing materials like emails, proposals, and brochures, developing insights into customer demands for new product designs, and building strong relationships with prospective clients to maintain an active sales pipeline. The proposed remuneration for this position is a hybrid of 3,000,000 gross salary and commissions based on successfully acquired leads.
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive sales experience specifically within the security industry.
Proven field sales experience in selling guarding and alarm services.
In-depth knowledge of security services pricing and market dynamics.
Must be 35 years of age or younger.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong proposal and report writing abilities.
Proficient in negotiation skills and strategic prospecting techniques.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of IT or related technology is an added advantage.
