The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a comprehensive range of financial activities. Key responsibilities include handling Management Information Systems (MIS) and various reporting functions, with a focus on the preparation and presentation of monthly P&L reports. This role requires in-depth P&L analysis, providing crucial financial information and ratio analysis to top management to support informed financial decision-making. The individual will also conduct thorough cost analysis and cost calculation for all company products, prepare and present division-wise financial analysis (PPT) for monthly and quarterly divisional meetings, and provide variance analysis reports of actuals against the annual budget plan to management. Furthermore, the role encompasses budgetary and variance analysis for cost, sales, collection targets, and General Ledgers (GLs), as well as preparing presentations for Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, and Risk Review Meetings. The Senior Accountant will also coordinate with branch accountants, monitor and analyze accounting data, encourage adherence to financial standards, and perform and oversee various audits, including statutory and revenue audits.
The company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support a smooth transition and long-term commitment. This includes company-supported relocation to Dar es Salaam. After completing one year of service, employees may bring their family to Tanzania, with assistance provided for children's school fees after family relocation. Key Requirements
Semi qualified CA / qualified ICWA / MBA Finance
8 - 10 years of experience
Excellent computer skills on MS Office
Must have excellent working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
Manufacturing industry experience is must
