This role is critical in ensuring our clients successfully implement and utilize our software solutions in logistics and shipping. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, providing hands-on training, resolving software-related issues, and managing a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of all requests. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve software bugs while maintaining comprehensive user manuals and process documentation. Your goal is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong, productive relationships with our client base.
