FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE @ JBS TECHNOLOGIES (JBM AFRICA)
JBS Technologies (JBM Africa) is seeking a dedicated Functional Support Executive to join our expanding team in Dar es Salaam. This role is critical in ensuring our clients successfully implement and utilize our software solutions in logistics and shipping. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, providing hands-on training, resolving software-related issues, and managing a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of all requests. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve software bugs while maintaining comprehensive user manuals and process documentation. Your goal is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong, productive relationships with our client base. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between software developers and end-users. We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to support business operations in the East African technology sector.
