SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER @ CENTRAL RETAIL
Central Retail is searching for a Senior Fashion Designer to elevate our fashion brands and deliver trend-setting designs for our customers. You will lead the creative design process, from inspiration and mood boards to technical drawings and final sample approvals. Your expertise will help define the aesthetic direction of our seasonal collections, ensuring they reflect current global trends while remaining commercially viable for our local market.
As a senior leader in the design department, you will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with production teams to ensure design integrity throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with buyers and category managers to align your creative vision with business goals and customer preferences.
