Care Assure is actively growing its professional team in Murray Bridge and is currently recruiting dedicated Disability Support Workers. We are searching for individuals who are truly passionate about delivering person-centered support and who wish to be integral members of a supportive, values-led organization. The primary focus of this role is to empower individuals with disabilities, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives within their local community.

The successful candidates will be responsible for a range of duties tailored to the specific needs of our clients in the Murray Bridge area. This includes assisting with daily living activities, facilitating community participation, and providing emotional support. Key Requirements

Demonstrate passion for person-centered support practices. Ability to work within a supportive, values-led team environment. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and families. Flexibility to work various shift patterns including weekends. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Current First Aid and CPR certifications are highly regarded. Successful completion of a National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening. Prior experience in disability support or aged care sectors. Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Ability to provide physical assistance and personal care as required.
