Key Requirements
Demonstrate passion for person-centered support practices.
Ability to work within a supportive, values-led team environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and families.
Flexibility to work various shift patterns including weekends.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications are highly regarded.
Successful completion of a National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening.
Prior experience in disability support or aged care sectors.
Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Ability to provide physical assistance and personal care as required.
