Key Requirements

1 to 9 years of relevant experience in financial processes or accounting. Profound expertise in the Record to Analyze (R2A) process operations. Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities associated with Grades A3, A4, B1, or B2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial data. Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management. Demonstrated leadership abilities for candidates applying for Lead positions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
