Boomering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and elevating our video presence across all major platforms. Key responsibilities include editing a diverse range of high-quality video content, spanning short-form, long-form narratives, and repurposed content. The editor will be instrumental in creating engaging motion graphics, sophisticated text animations, and branded visuals, primarily utilizing Adobe After Effects. Furthermore, you will be tasked with producing platform-specific content like IG reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube shorts to support Boomering’s social media, recruitment drives, and overarching campaign strategies. This position also involves supporting internal marketing efforts by delivering polished video assets for paid advertisements, website integration, and email communications.

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Capcut, which is mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work across short-form videos, brand explainers, and animated pieces is essential. The ideal candidate will possess over two years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics within a marketing, branding, or content production context. While adhering strictly to brand guidelines, the successful applicant must also bring creative flair to deliver innovative and effective visual storytelling. Familiarity with the technical specifications and best practices for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is required to maximize content reach and engagement.

Key Requirements

2+ years experience in video editing and motion graphics for marketing, branding, or content production. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
