1–3 years of experience in Administration, Customer Service, or Document Control. Previous experience in Property Management or the Real Estate industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with UAE leasing systems such as Tawtheeq and Ejari. Ability to prepare and manage leasing documents, renewals, and legal agreements. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to coordinate effectively with maintenance teams and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to handle tenant inquiries and provide professional customer support. Capacity to follow up on pending tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical records.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle high-value transactions. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market and current trends. Proven experience in luxury sales or a similar high-end customer service role. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of property listings. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is highly beneficial. Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for representing a luxury brand. Ability to work effectively in a commission-driven and fast-paced environment. A valid UAE driving license is preferred for conducting property viewings across the region.
