ELECTRIC FENCE ELECTRICIAN @ BAGAMOYO SUGAR
Bagamoyo Sugar is seeking a skilled Electric Fence Electrician to join their team in Bagamoyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of electrical tasks focusing on electric fence systems.
Key duties include performing routine inspections and diagnosing various electrical faults such as grounding issues, short circuits, and damaged wiring. The role also involves the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical components, control panels, overvoltage protection (lightning), and power systems, all based on technical diagrams and blueprints. A crucial part of the job is the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical issues using specialized devices. Additionally, the Electric Fence Electrician will maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance.
Applicants should hold a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation or possess equivalent relevant qualifications. A minimum of two years of working experience as a maintenance electrician or technician, specifically with electric fences, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards.
