360 Support Coordination is currently seeking two dedicated Support Coordinators to join our growing team in Melbourne. We have immediate openings for one coordinator in the Western Region covering western Melbourne suburbs and one in the Southeast Region covering southeast Melbourne suburbs. We are looking for professionals who truly understand the value of quality support coordination and can think independently to handle complex participant needs. At our organization, we prioritize real outcomes over compliance paperwork, ensuring that our coordinators can focus their energy where it matters most—on the participants. We are growing from 50 participants to a target of 2,000, and we want to do it properly with systems that work and staff who feel supported. We offer a fully remote working arrangement, allowing you to work from wherever makes sense without the burden of a commute. We track outcomes rather than rigid 9-5 hours, providing a flexible environment that respects your time and efficiency.
