SUPPORT COORDINATOR (2 POSITIONS) @ 360 SUPPORT COORDINATION

0 Negotiable or Not Mentioned Australia, Melbourne 18 days ago 360sc.com.au 629 Views

360 Support Coordination is currently seeking two dedicated Support Coordinators to join our growing team in Melbourne. We have immediate openings for one coordinator in the Western Region covering western Melbourne suburbs and one in the Southeast Region covering southeast Melbourne suburbs. We are looking for professionals who truly understand the value of quality support coordination and can think independently to handle complex participant needs. At our organization, we prioritize real outcomes over compliance paperwork, ensuring that our coordinators can focus their energy where it matters most—on the participants. We are growing from 50 participants to a target of 2,000, and we want to do it properly with systems that work and staff who feel supported. We offer a fully remote working arrangement, allowing you to work from wherever makes sense without the burden of a commute. We track outcomes rather than rigid 9-5 hours, providing a flexible environment that respects your time and efficiency. Our systems are built with automation to reduce administrative busywork and maintain sustainable caseloads to prevent burnout. Whether you are looking for casual, part-time, or full-time employment, we are willing to accommodate the right candidate. With opportunities to develop skills across Level 2, Level 3, PRC, and BSP services, this is a perfect environment for those who want to grow professionally while working ethically. If you have your own caseload, you are welcome to bring them across as we build more hours for you.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in quality support coordination within the NDIS framework. Ability to think independently and solve problems without relying on scripts. Capability to handle complex participants and high-needs cases effectively. Strong focus on achieving real outcomes for participants rather than just paperwork. Proficiency in using technology and automated systems to manage administrative tasks. Ability to manage sustainable caseloads while maintaining service quality. Commitment to ethical work practices and maintaining high standards of care. Willingness to work in a fully remote environment with high level of autonomy. Flexibility to work across different service levels including Level 2, Level 3, PRC, or BSP. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with participants and leadership.
