We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, managing a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Working hours are set at 9 hours per day with one day off provided every week.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and have the ability to lead and inspire a team. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The salary for this position is between 250 and 350 KWD per month. We are looking for individuals who are ready to join immediately and who currently hold a transferable Visa Article 18.

Key Requirements

Extensive QSR or Food Industry experience is mandatory. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant plus. Must possess a transferable Visa Article 18. Available to join the team immediately. Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations efficiently. Strong track record in driving sales and meeting performance targets.
