Propel Consult is currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to be based in Bahrain. As the top-ranking executive, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company. The role involves working closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to define the organization's mission and set annual goals. You will be expected to drive business growth, manage high-level stakeholders, and ensure that the organization maintains its competitive edge in the market.
The successful candidate will oversee all business operations and people management within the Bahrain office. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO or in another senior executive role.
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, and finance.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving orientation.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Previous experience working within the Bahraini or Gulf market.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
Strong negotiating skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
