ARCA TELECOM is currently seeking talented and motivated Corporate Commercial Executives to join our growing team in Ecuador. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new corporate opportunities and nurturing existing relationships across various regions including Quito, Ibarra, Santo Domingo, and Lago Agrio. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to lead high-level negotiations while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Key Requirements

Degree in Commercial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields (desirable). At least 3 years of proven experience in selling intangible products or services. Excellent persuasive communication skills and professional executive presence. Strong orientation toward results and consistently meeting sales objectives. Must possess personal mobility (own vehicle) for business operations. Possession of an active and relevant corporate client portfolio. Ability to listen actively and lead negotiations with high empathy. Capacity for leadership and strategic thinking in high-level corporate environments. Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and digital tools. Willingness to work in or travel to Quito, Ibarra, Santo Domingo, or Lago Agrio.
