Key Requirements
Degree in Commercial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields (desirable).
At least 3 years of proven experience in selling intangible products or services.
Excellent persuasive communication skills and professional executive presence.
Strong orientation toward results and consistently meeting sales objectives.
Must possess personal mobility (own vehicle) for business operations.
Possession of an active and relevant corporate client portfolio.
Ability to listen actively and lead negotiations with high empathy.
Capacity for leadership and strategic thinking in high-level corporate environments.
Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and digital tools.
Willingness to work in or travel to Quito, Ibarra, Santo Domingo, or Lago Agrio.
