This is a full-time, remote/virtual position offering multiple openings. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and maintaining crucial databases, working 5 days a week during the core working hours of 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST.

Key responsibilities for this role involve executing effective lead generation strategies across various channels, including online research, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. The Executive must be adept at identifying potential B2B clients and key decision-makers, qualifying leads based on specific business requirements, and diligently maintaining and updating the lead database. Furthermore, this role requires close coordination with the sales and marketing teams to schedule meetings and demos, nurture prospects through follow-up, and consistently track progress to achieve set lead generation targets. Experience in the IT/Tech/SaaS sector and a basic understanding of international markets are considered strong advantages.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in B2B lead generation. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet aggressive lead generation targets. Basic understanding of the sales funnel and pipelines management. Experience in the IT, Tech, or SaaS industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in conducting cold calls and designing effective email campaigns. Capability to track and accurately report daily and weekly lead generation activities.
