CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT @ AIRSWIFT
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to support major industrial construction projects located in California. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure, focusing on the oversight of civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural installation practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industrial construction environments and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site while coordinating effectively with various engineering teams and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will be tasked with interpreting complex engineering drawings, including P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and detailed layout plans to ensure project specifications are met. Utilizing software tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project, the Superintendent will manage scheduling, track progress, and facilitate clear communication across all project phases.
