The successful candidate will be tasked with interpreting complex engineering drawings, including P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and detailed layout plans to ensure project specifications are met. Utilizing software tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project, the Superintendent will manage scheduling, track progress, and facilitate clear communication across all project phases. Key Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of construction or manufacturing experience on large-scale industrial projects. Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural installation practices. Ability to interpret engineering drawings including P&IDs and single-line diagrams. Proficiency in interpreting layout plans and technical specifications. Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Proficiency in Bluebeam for document review and markup. Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Proven experience in sectors like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, or Semiconductors. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
