The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to ensure our staff operates at peak efficiency. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least two years of proven professional experience in an HR role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity regarding employee data
Proficiency in HR information systems and record-keeping software
Strong analytical skills to resolve workplace conflicts effectively
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Thorough understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
