Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
Proficiency in using CRM software and help desk tools.
Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries via chat and email.
Patience and empathy when dealing with client issues.
Basic understanding of payment processing or fintech operations.
Strong typing speed and general computer literacy.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Degree or diploma in Business, Communication, or a related field.
Previous experience in a call center or help desk environment.
