Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable hotel or bakery.
Creative flair for designing and decorating high-end pastries and desserts.
Advanced expertise in baking techniques and pastry production.
Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Proven ability to create, test, and update dessert menus.
Proficiency in high-volume production while maintaining quality consistency.
Experience in managing pastry station inventory and ingredient ordering.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with the wider culinary team.
Relevant culinary degree or professional certification in pastry arts.
