HR MANAGER @ YOLANDA HOTEL RESIDENCE
We are seeking a professional HR Manager to lead our human resources department at Yolanda Hotel & Residence. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to compliance with local labor standards.
This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our staff is well-supported to deliver exceptional service to our guests in Kahama. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop training programs that align with the hotel's strategic goals.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources management.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite.
Proven ability to handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management.
High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field.
