Yolanda Hotel & Residence is looking for a dynamic F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations in Kahama, Shinyanga. This role involves managing the daily activities of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in managing diverse teams and implementing effective cost-control strategies to drive profitability. You will be responsible for menu planning, staff training, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed to provide a premium dining experience for our guests.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in F&B management roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in menu planning and culinary cost control.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships effectively.
Experience in organizing events and banquet services.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality software.
Financial acumen for budgeting and revenue optimization.
Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
